Nov 15 FDA proposes banning menthol cigarettes

The Food and Drug Administration proposed new rules Thursday that would ban menthol cigarettes and flavored cigars, and add restrictions on flavored e-cigarette products. CBS News chief medical correspondent Dr. Jon LaPook joined CBSN with more.
