Bhad Bhabie Welcomes London's Young Icon The Golden Fly to LA
(LOS ANGELES, CA) July 27, 2018- Famed record producer Scott Storch (known for making hits with Chris Brown, Beyoncé, and countless others) unveiled his newest and youngest star-in-the-making The Golden Fly last night at a red carpet event in Los Angeles. Viral sensation and rapper Bhad Bhabie hosted the event and performed for a crowd of fans and a long list of other celebrities inside the DOPE clothing store in Fairfax.
Fashion and music share a big audience, and many artists and style leaders were in attendance for The Golden Fly red carpet. Trinidad James, viral comedian and rapper Fatboy SSE, R&B king Eric Bellinger, and MTV Wild N’ Out dancer Dan Rue joined host Sincere Show to celebrate The Golden Fly, with music from Power 106 and DJ Kiss, countless beautiful LA fans, and a custom golden cake! The Golden Fly was raised by famed street fashion designer Natasha Zinko and has been part of the fashion world for years despite his young age. He’s been drawn to fashion and music for as long as he can remember, and it’s not just a passing fancy—he’s actually learned the process of creating and styling and has already released his own clothing line DUO. His first public appearance at fashion week as a nine-year-old drew tons of attention (and was covered by Vogue and GQ), and once he got past a few minutes of shyness in the face of paparazzi, he realized he was ready to be in the public eye.

Fashion and music go hand in hand for The Golden Fly, and he’s been heavily influenced by American rap and style icons like Kanye West, Migos, Travis Scott, Rae Sremmurd, Cardi B, Playboi Carti, NAV, and Gunna, and inspired by designers such as Off White (Virgil Abloh), Balenciaga (Demna Gvasalia), Gucci, Supreme, Alyx (Matthew Williams), Dior (Kim Jones), Louis Vuitton and of course his mother Natasha Zinko. The Golden Fly comes from a supportive family who doesn’t expect him to wait until adulthood to start doing what he’s passionate about. In the future he plans to expand his DUO clothing line (which is already in 20+ stores worldwide) and share his design and styling skills with other fashion icons. Musically, The Golden Fly has projects completed yet unreleased with Rich the Kid and Fat Joe. He hopes to one day collaborate with Migos or Kanye West and learn more about the craft within the music industry.
